There were a wide array of a restaurant and bakeries.

Was an amazing base for trip. We stayed in an extremely spacious room with good amenities and true queen size beds plus good A/C.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, the decor bright and cheerful.

Pillows could be larger for better comfort.

I liked the pool although it didn't need to be heated during the day! I also liked the complimentary coffee machine and ice-machine. The male receptionist was more than helpful and offered us loads of advice/ suggestions.

One staff member, Upon our departure, was rude and not very friendly. The room was poorly lit and the bathroom was small.

The bed was amazing, the room was nice and spacious, and the manager was awesome. They also have a really great coffee machine in the lobby. The location was perfect for where we needed to go during our trip, close to freeways, Hollywood and warner bros.

Nice and clean and idealy situated.. Good price compared to surrounding hotels. Furniture and design of rooms were very impressive. Having all the facilities such as fridge, micro wave, wifi and parking all added to the comfort of our stay. I have already recommended the hotel to my work collegues. Well done and thanks Tangerine!!!!

Clean room and friendly staff, but noisy A/C. Free parking was a plus!

Location was excellent since I was attending a conference near by. There is a fun mexican restaurant next door. I felt safe and the shower was hot. I liked the "non-chain" feel. Liked the simple decor.

Flat screen TV with I-pod docking station, heated pool, room refrigerator, awesome beds with duvets, Wi-Fi access, hair dryer and an iron/ironing board made this hotel, with attentive and caring staff, the best choice for our short stay. There were at least ten places to eat a meal or get a snack within three blocks. Using cabs during our stay, they came within 5 to 10 minutes of our call. Adequate parking was available within and behind this 30 room gem on Riverside Avenue West. The hotel owner is lucky to have chosen a superb manager who was helpful in every way to two travelers from another state.

There were not many shopping opportunities within walking distance.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

The staff was really friendly, they went out of their way to help, even got me a European adapter for my charger without me even asking. The pastries in the morning? Delicious, I tell ya, worth waking up for.

Sure, it wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Great boutique hotel. Small but deep pool, great location to Universal and Hollywood. Big rooms and great breakfast scones.

The day time hotel guy was awesome, but the night-shift guy was a complete a-hole. He was rude, disconnected and acted as if you were interupting his day by asking basic questions like "when does breakfast start?" His response was "I don't know, 8, 7...something like that." If he weren't there, this place would be golden. Sounded like he had a british accent and he was disapointed he wasn't worked at a hotel.

The location was great, close to Warner Bros. and Universal Studios. Also lots of resturants within walking distance.

The beds were too hard.

I enjoyed the inviting outdoor pool and laid-back sun terrace for some well-deserved relaxation. The room could’ve used a bit more comfort, but overall, it was a fantastic place to unwind after a fun day exploring. 😊

excellent spacious room, iphone/ipod connection with tv, very good bed, shower, air conditioning, everything works great. very well decorated room, light inside. close to warner bros, just 10 minutes by car to universal studios and 30 minutes or less to six flags magic mountain.

David was very helpful, we had a bit of trouble finding our way however he talked us through it all and we arrived eventually. We end up extending our booking by 2 nights as the stay was comfortable.

I confirmed on check in that my credit card was being used as a pre auth only, however when checking out i was informed my card had been charged without letting me know and i could not charge my stay to the correct card and nothing could be done about it.
